How to order

To order any of the products featured on this site via our SECURE online shopping service, just browse through our online catalogue and click the items you wish to purchase. You can either click on the picture or the title of the product. This will bring up the bigger image and a description.

Once you have selected the appropriate item, just put it in your shopping basket. you can view your shopping basket at any time and if you change your mind, items may be removed in "view basket", by clicking "remove".
When you are ready to buy, just cllick "checkout"

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Payment

We accept credit card payment. We regret that we do not currently accept American Express.

    

Your credit card information is requested via the internet. If you prefer to phone it through , please call us on 0114 262 1500 between 9.30am and 5pm.

We will not charge for any item on back order with the exception of personalised or "made to order" items.

Security

Our online eCommerce shop is a totally secure environment where you can shop safe in the knowledge that no one can view details of your transactions.

Little Mischiefs is dedicated to making sure your transaction and contact information remain totally private. Secure socket layer (SSL for short) 128 bit encryption software is used when data is sent through the internet, and remains encrypted so that no one else can see your personal and confidential information.

To see if a page is secure, look at the padlock icon. If it is closed then any information entered into the page is fully encrypted.

If the lock is not closed - the page is not secure. (Please note that, as a customer you will only be entering personal information in the check-out area of the site).

Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection regulations.

To cancel a confirmed order (contract), please either write or e-mail us with the order number and your instruction to cancel.

If your order has already been sent out to you, you must package them appropriately and return them to us. If we do not receive the items, we may arrange for collection from you at your cost. A refund of the original purchase price will be arranged.

Feedback and complaints

You may contact us at any time via e-mail, telephone (this may be an answerphone) or in writing. We will aim to deal with any query or complaint within 2 working days of receiving it.

Orders £15.01 - £150* UK Mainland £5.00
Orders over £150 UK Mainland FREE

*Please note: Due to their fragile nature, mirrors and Terramundi moneypots are sent Special Delivery regardless of the order value. You should receive an e-mail order confirmation. This is automatically sent from our site to let you know we have received your order and that we will contact you if there are any queries regarding stock etc. Please note that the delivery charge is not shown on this confirmation and is in addition to your order total shown.

An order should be received within 4-5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product description.

If your order includes a product which will take longer to deliver, this product will be sent separate to your main order.

During busy times of the year or when a product is out of stock, despatch may take slightly longer. You will be notified if your order may be delayed for any reason.
A signature may be required on receipt of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the original price of an item or send you an exchange, providing the goods are returned to us within 28 days in a good and resaleable condition.

PLEASE NOTE: PERSONALISED ITEMS OR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IF FAULTY

We regret we cannot refund the cost of postage, packing or insurance.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after we receive them.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage certificate before sending.

In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition, please let us know straight away.
