The following terms and conditions refer to the use of “Little Mischiefs” website and related services. You must tick the box to accept these terms and conditions in order to use the website and its services.
The content on this website is as it is presented and we do not give warranty as to accuracy of the content. We cannot assume responsibility for errors or omissions or any impact/effect it may have on your computer.
We may include links to other websites from time to time and should you enter a third party site via a link, you do so at your own risk. We cannot responsibility for any third party website error, inaccuracy or issues that may occur. Any references to linked sites or to products and services by name does not constitute its endorsement by Little Mischiefs.

All content including images (unless specified otherwise) are copyright protected and may not be used by anyone other than the owner/author/creator/ourselves without prior written permission from Little Mischiefs or the original owner/author/creator.

We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice to material and information on the site and to suspend the site should this be necessary.

We do not accept any liability for any loss or damages suffered as a result of any use of the site. Nor do we accept any loss or damage caused by third party associated products or services. This includes third party delivery services.

You may contact us at any time via e-mail, via our blog, telephone (this may be an answerphone) or in writing.

We will aim to deal with any query or complaint within 3 working days of receiving it.

PRIVACY:

Your privacy is important to us. We do not pass any information on to any third party. If in the future we plan to make our mailing list available to carefully selected companies, we will not pass any personal details on to any third party without first obtaining your consent.

HOW TO ORDER:

To order any of the products featured on this site via our online shopping service, just browse through our online catalogue and click the items you wish to purchase.

You can either click on the picture or the title of the product. This will bring up the bigger image and a description.

Once you have selected the appropriate item, just put it in your shopping basket.

You can view your shopping basket at any time and if you change your mind, items may be removed in “view basket” by clicking the red x to the left of the product listing.

When you are ready to buy, just click “checkout”. If you have a voucher/coupon/promotional code, enter it at this stage in the box provided. The discount will be calculated at payment point.

If your item is listed as “OUT OF STOCK”, you may, in certain cases, continue to place the order and we will back order it for you.  If the site does not allow you to do this, please feel free to contact us for further assistance.

You will be e-mailed with an estimated timescale on back-ordered such stock items, allowing you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Please note: many items such as personalised gifts are “to order” and it is recommended that you allow at least 2 weeks (10 working days) for your order to be processed and delivered.

PAYMENT: Online credit and debit card payments are securely processed via Paypal.

SECURITY:

Our online eCommerce shop is a secure environment where you can shop safe in the knowledge that no one can view details of your transactions.

Little Mischiefs is dedicated to making sure your transaction and contact information remain totally private.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL for short) is used when data is sent through the internet, and remains encrypted so that no one else can see your personal and confidential information.

(Please note that, as a customer you will only be entering personal information in the check-out area of the site). We do not handle any financial data via our site. This is securely processed via the Payment Gateway Method (Paypal)

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:

You may cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection regulations.

To cancel a confirmed order (contract), please either write or e-mail us with the order number and your instruction to cancel. If your order has already been sent out to you, you must package it up appropriately and return it to us.

If we do not receive the items, we may under certain circumstance arrange for collection from you at your cost.
A refund of the original purchase price excluding postage & packing charges, will be arranged.

DELIVERY:

Our standard postage and packing charges are currently £3.50 for UK Mainland orders.  Large or Heavier items, such as the Playhouses and Bean Bags are charged at £7.50 standard delivery. A small number of items are classed as “special items” and are charged at £5 for standard delivery in the UK. These include items such as ToyBags, Pet Beds, Money Pots and small breakables.
We do not offer International Delivery as standard, however if you would like an item sent anywhere other than UK, please contact us to discuss.
An order should be received within 4-5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product description.

If your order includes a product which will take longer to deliver, this product will be sent separate to your main order and you will be informed via e-mail. During busy times of the year or when a product is out of stock, despatch may take slightly longer.

You will be notified if your order may be delayed for any reason.

A signature may be required on receipt of delivery.

*Please note: Delivery charges specified apply to deliveries to UK only.

A small number of products can be sent outside the UK, but we no longer offer this as a standard service. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the original price of an item or send you an exchange, providing the goods are returned to us within 28 days in a good and re-saleable condition.

PLEASE NOTE: PERSONALISED ITEMS OR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED IF FAULTY

We regret we cannot refund the cost of postage, packing or insurance unless the goods are faulty.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after we receive them.

Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning items to us.

In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition, please let us know straight away.
